Premature labor??

I was diagnosed with a incompetent cervix two months ago I’ve been taking progesterone shots at night since. I’m currently 29 weeks 4 days the last few days On and off I’ve had this burning cramp sensation lower back pain and a very upset stomach anytime I eat my stomach starts killing me so much so that it’ll wake me up and I have to use the restroom right away I threw up the other day I haven’t felt good at all I’ve been in pain and just really sluggish since this all started every time I’ve gone to the restroom today ive had mucus and a lot of discharge I keep reading this is all signs that labor is coming??
