Pain when peeing and bladder pain

I went to tommy OB last week thinking I had a uti they gave me an ultrasound and found a kidney stone in my kidney but said it may just stay there. They tested my urine and I had blood and bacteria but said it didn’t look like a uti and would call me if something was wrong. That’s been over s week ago so it must have been fine. I sometimes have pain in my bladder and sometimes when I pee, my OB said my babies head is reslly really low already. Could this be why it’s hurting, has anyone been through this? I’m 33 weeks pregnant
