How much liquid/milk does your LO drink a day? Mine drinks about 10-12 oz of breast milk, 3 oz of fresh squeezed OJ, and MAYBE 2 oz of water a day. He refuses to drink cow milk although I offer it to him every day....

My girl is mostly breastfed but if I HAD to guess I'd say she probably eats about 20-24oz of that, plus maybe an ounce or so of water with dinner. We don't plan to give her cows milk any time soon as I'm hoping to breastfeed past 1 year.

My daughter has about 25-30oz of breastmilk a day

My son drinks between 12-18 oz of breastmilk or formula  per day and maybe 4-6oz of water.   We haven’t tried giving him any other milk yet, but plan on pretty much cutting straight to that when he’s 1 at the end of the month.
