Mom Babysitting

So our daughter is a months old and I have a doctor’s appt soon. My mom has offered to babysit while we go to the appointment so it would probably be for 3 hours. Well the only problem we have with her babysitting is that they have 3 cats in the house and every time we go in to their house, it smells strong of cat, litter box and dust even though they always clean out the litter box. I’m worried this will be an issue with our daughter either having allergic reaction or getting sick from being exposed to that... Do you guys thinks it’ll be an issue for my mom to babysit??
