Bumps on back

Sorry this might be kind of gross!

I’m 35 weeks pregnant and I have these bumps on my back. They look like acne but feel like birth marks (moles). They are not itchy or anything. However I never had them before, I started getting them during this last trimester. Can anyone tell me what do you think they are. Are they just acne or moles?

Just the circled ones and another one on the bottom I forgot to circle.

P.S. if you try to squeeze them nothing comes out!

P.S.S. I will definitely ask my doctor on my next appointment. I just can’t wait another week 🙉
