Hellllppppppp!!!! I need eyes!!

Hi there. I don't normally post (I'm a lurker on this app) but today I need a bit of help. Forgive me if I'm a bit crass with my lingo, I don't know all the fancy acronyms for this stuff. Backstory: I was diagnosed with a pituitary adenoma over 10 years ago. I wasn't serious about treating it before, but became serious this year. I still fail to take my meds on a regular schedule. Ridiculous, I know. Anyway, taking my meds has regulated my periods, somewhat. Before, the longest I went without a period was well over a year. So, to have it back is... bittersweet, eh.

Present day: Me and my guy been sexing like crazy. When we see each other, it's clothes off, let's go. Last time we had sex was Sept 15, literally that entire weekend. We hadn't seen each other in a few weeks...and now I haven't seen my period! My last period was in August. I thought, maybe it disappeared again, no biggie, it'll come back. But this time, I've had some extra stuff come along with this disappearance: gas - SO much gas, heartburn, lower back pains, cold or allergies - I literally can't tell, exhaustion is real, nipple pain - not to be confused with breast pain and as of this past week and currently, cramping. Not painful cramping, but annoying cramps.

So, for shits and giggles, I got some strips and said screw it, let's laugh a little. I did not laugh. I also cannot say that I understand these tests, but my crazy ass decided to take the pregnancy and the ovulation tests and both came back with two lines. I was speechless as I think I blacked out momentarily. Then I started loudly talking to myself and hyperventilating. 🤦🏾‍♀️ I waited a couple of hours and took more tests, bad idea if you're already freaking out.

Can someone with some firsthand experience tell me what I'm looking at before I rush myself to the emergency room... I'm that freaked out at the moment. You would think I'd be chill at 34 years old, but I've never been pregnant or ever had a pregnancy scare, so this is foreign to me. I need a drink. Please and thank you in advance.
