Is it possible to get pregnant this fast?

Question

So, I got my Mirena IUD taken out 2 weeks ago. The past 2 days I’ve been very nauseous but not throwing up. We went to a bbq place and the smell of the bbq almost made me throw up. I took a test this morning and I swear I saw a very faint line but it’s so faint I wouldn’t call it a positive. Could I have gotten pregnant that fast? Plus I really wanna get pregnant so I’m scared my mind is making all this up 😩🤞🏼

You can get pregnant straight after contraception but it would be unlikely that you're experiencing symptoms already in my opinion. 🙂 I could be wrong!!
Lots of times coming off contraception causes "pregnancy like" symptoms. At least I know it does with the pill. I was convinced I was pregnant (exhausted, too nauseous to eat, breasts so sore I could cry and I had some weird 'cravings' for things I usually hate) but I definitely was not.
I'd be tempted to say it's just your body adjusting to your hormones changing but
