Miscarriage question

I truly hope this question does not come across rude or unsympathetic. I just want some general questions

1. For those who had miscarriages, prior to, did y’all have strong pregnancy systems? Like sore boobs, gas, cramping, exhaustion, etc.

2. For those who had miscarriages, did y’all have prior health issues?

My heart breaks for all woman who have gone through such a heart breaking situation.

I am 5.5 weeks pregnant & so in love with my little bean already.
