Anyone with the copper iud.... how long did that first period last??😒😒😒 I got mine in April 2019 so this month marks 6 months. Still not gone.... how long did it take for you?

my first period lasted 1 week! but after insertion i think i bleed for a month?

I have the Mirena and bled for the first 2.5 months. Badly. Like murder scene bad. It was awful. But it finally stopped. So there’s hope!!

My first period was 5 days. I’m only a month into having the copper IUD. Definitely no period-like bleeding since my period but I’ve had spotting every 2-3 days.
