Any family lawyers?

So my mother has EXTREME mental illness. Because of this my grandparents were able to gain custody of my sister and I without her even knowing it. That’s how bad she is. Well, CPS in the county where she lives is VERY very corrupt. She’s very neglectful of her children and even when we were younger we were homeless and lived in a tent and instead of taking us they put us in housing. I have made calls for welfare checks and they have laughed when they realized it was her and left. She has them wrapped around her finger and it’s like she could kill one of them and CPS would look the other way. She won’t let me see my siblings because I’m upset so I talk about the abuse that I experienced as a child and she just denies it ever happened. Claims that I’m a terrible influence for them and won’t let me speak to them because I’ve told them the terrible things we experienced. My question is, can I sue for visitation rights? I do not know what else to do. I’m going to speak with a state legislative representative because I’ve reached my wits end with her. I’m just hurt and I’m exhausted and tired of this fight. When I told her I would sue her she bragged to me about how she has a CPS lawyer that represents her for free. She is a sick woman and I’m just sooo hurt by her. I mean she is a pathological liar. At Christmas time last year she was going deaf and faked talking like a deaf person and using sign language, she’s fine now. Before that it was that she has cancer. Before that it was that she was pregnant again. Before that her mom was dying because she had air bubbles in her brain. Then it was my little sister was going to have to have her legs amputated because she was losing her muscle. When I was little she would take me to the hospital all the time and fake illnesses that I had and it got so bad when she would take me they would make her leave. This has gone on for 20 years. The county knew that the man she was with beat us, and that we didn’t have clothes or shoes or food and they never did a damn thing. Last year my brother molested my sister and had pictures of my 15 year old and 11 year old sister (he had penetrated her with his finger) and my mother and all CPS did was say he needed counseling?! He’s 13. He knew what he was doing. I just hope this senator can help me. I hope I can do something to have some kind of relationship with my siblings.
