Fishy vagina smell?

I’m so embarrassed so I’m gonna stay anonymous. What can cause a fishy odor down there? I hate it so much. My diet is fine, I drink a ton of water, only clean with water, don’t douche, etc. But it just smells so bad. ☹️

Definitely BV. Ask the doc for clindamycin instead of the metrogel. It's a pill and less likely to give you a yeast infection after. 
If it is reacuring then get on a probiotic. Switching from pads and tampons to the cup will help immensely as well seeing as sitting in your blood can throw off your PH balance. 
Slow down on the baths or stop them all together. And switch to a non scented body wash. 
Mine was constant for almost a year until I made these changes.

It might not be BV, have you eaten any kind of fish or seafood in the last couple days? For whatever reason if I have fish or seafood, the next day it smells fishy. Always been that way for me, super weird I know.

Yea hun it definitely sounds like BV, I unfortunately got it at one time. They give me antibiotics n it goes away but then after the antibiotics you may get a yeast infection as well. Sucks!!!!

My girl friend said she had this PP and warned me to watch for it myself. Turned out to be BV and was easily treated!
