1 year on and still in pain.
Looking for some advice or to talk to someone who has experienced this.
A year ago I had my son via emergency c section after pushing for 3 hours and him not coming out. Supposedly "pelvis is too small". Which for a problem so rare sure gets thrown around a lot 🤔.
Anyway, the scar healed normally but ever since, I've had bloating above the scar and pain. Pain from wearing pants mostly, which are sort of necessary in day to day life. It gets so bloated I look like I'm 6 months pregnant again. I'm a small lady (54kg) so it's pretty noticeable. At first the pain was all of the time, 3 months after I was still having pain breastfeeding because of baby's weight down on my upper abdomen. It was kind of a shitty start to motherhood.
I've been to see doctors, physios, pelvic physios, chiros, osteos and also the lady that did the c section. Some say is over sensitive nerves, some say is cut nerves trying to reattach, some say is scar tissue. And none of them have helped. Please! Any suggestions to get my life back would be greatly appreciated!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
