5 month old pooping like crazy

My LO is 5 months old and within the past 2 weeks she has started pooping much more frequently. It’s greenish yellow ( more green than yellow usually). I’m wondering if this is just a normal BM change at this age. Her little bum is so red and raw. We have tried everything and it’s so red still!

I feel like in the beginning we worried about her not pooping enough. Now we’re worried about her pooping too much. Lol! I did call her pediatrician when the poop color change from yellow to green. They advised me that anything in my diet could possibly cause that. But I don’t feel like I’m eating anything out of the normal.

Anyone else experienced this with their LO?
