IUD and pain after running
I just got a copper IUD put in last month and although I expect the cramps, every time I run I get bad cramps after.
I’ve never had children, so I know the IUD won’t be pleasant for a while, but has anyone else had this issue with cramping after exercise?
I don’t want to stop working out but geeze, it’s not pleasant!
