Did anyone take a social media hiatus while ttc?

I'm thinking about taking a little break. I really have no life or real need for social media, aside from the mind numbing entertainment. 
Lately though, it's been getting to me. Everyone around me is pregnant. Or pregnant again with their second or third child. 
My bil knocked up his receptionist after only a few dates... so not its shoved in my face with family too.

I haven’t even announced yet on social media and I’m 6 months. I feel it’s unnecessary to be on there with all the negativity. I don’t need it in my life.

I constantly go a month or two on social media take a break. Not just with this TTC but because of all the negativity in it.

I didn’t but I did take off time trying because that was way worse than seeing all the babies on social media. Peeing on sticks was killing me way more than anything else was.
