Story time with a question at the end lol

Soo I was in my room with my fiancé and 5 year old son . Anywho we were folding clothes and I was walking to go to the kitchen when I stoped and got a crazy bad cramp ( I’m like 1dpo ) so I know those are normal little things but anywho my fiancé and son ask if I’m okay and I’m like yes and then my 5 year out of nowhere is like mommy has a baby in her stomach ( mind you I never really had these convos with my son about baby I’m the tummy cause I never had any friends or family that was pregnant as he was growing up ) so it took me by surprise and he just swore up and down I have a baby in my tummy I was laughing in tears cause we really wanna baby but it was super cute cause he was like mommy yu gunna be breathing like this

Not all the extra but the breathing was down pact . It was to funny 😆 but anywho thankyou for anyone who actually took the time but my question is .....

Did anyone ever go thru something similar like this with their children or children in general and did it actually come out to be true ? Do children really have that 6 sense on these type of things ? Again just was curious lol tell me your stories ♥️
