Confused

So I have a boy bestfriend who was there for me when my ex and I called it quits. We eventually started to mess around and have been for 2 years. He has never said anything about being in a relationship or anything concerning us. I have gave so much time and effort into this hoping it was going somewhere. The whole time we've been having unprotected sex. Neither one of us have is doing anything outside. I think I might be pregnant my cycle is late. Please help me. Im emotionally and physically involved in this.
