Trying to conceive after have iud removed a month ago

I’m have been trying like crazy for my third baby but have had no luck got off my iud August 22,2019 and a light 5 day bleeding came September 1-5 and I thought this was my period I have taken multiple ovulation test all saying I’m not ovulating then I have taken multiple pregnancy test all negative so today October 11,2019 have not had any bleeding since the being of September idk what to do it’s making me extra emotional like I feel like something is wrong with me😔.
