Exercise dos and don’ts

Im 5 weeks pregnant so very early. I already walk regularly and will continue to do that, plus chase a sassy toddler all day long. But I’m wondering what else I could do? I have a ymca membership and have occasionally taken the yoga classes and high intensity cardio/strength classes. I realize I should shy away from the high intensity classes, but can I continue with the yoga class?? Does it matter this early in the game? What else could I do? I’m definitely no fitness maniac but I’d like to stay somewhat active.
