mini pill possible pregnancy?? help🙃

Hello, I am taking the progestin only mini pill. I’ve been on it for 4 months, my body is already synced to the symptoms all I have are headaches. I recently had sex unprotected and he ejaculated inside. It’s been 6 days now and I have been experiencing very uncomfortable cramps in lower abdomen. The pain comes and goes. I never have cramps, I’m concerned. I have not been faithful to taking my pill on time. I’ve missed a few weeks before. 7 hours then 5 hours then exactly 3 hours before having sex. I do not get my period because of being on the pill. My dose is very low, 0.35mg I’m pretty certain. I am curious because the mini pill is more strict when it comes to being late... I have been talking with my friend who is a mother herself, she thinks its implantation cramps but I’m not pregnant... it’s way too early. I’m waiting exactly 2 weeks to test. The pain I am feeling is a tingling/pulling feeling... not like period cramps it’s tolerable but it switched to dull and then sharp?? I at first thought it was just poop cramps🙄 but it indeed is not.

Any of you ladies want to help me out??
