Sad situation 😕

Hi I’m going through a very sad situation. My mom hasn’t asked for me and my son in 3 weeks. She doesn’t care to see her grandchild. My brother does drugs so her entire focus is on him. When my son was 2 months, she kicked him out so her boyfriend can be at her house (I don’t allow her boyfriend to be around my child, he’s a psychotic person that also does drugs) so now we’re going on 4 weeks without her asking for my son or seeing him. We live literally 5 min away from each other. I’m not sure what to do but I am definitely torn apart
