Working out?
Has anybody started light exercises before the 6 week check up? I’m about 4 weeks postpartum now and feel normal but am still spotting. I know I’d most likely bleed more if I started exercising, but I want to lose the last 10 pounds of pregnancy weight!
Would it be safer to wait until after my 6 week check?
