Shaving issues!

Hey ladies! For some reason, my skin is CRAZY sensitive every time I shave. I get insane shaving bumps everywhere, every single time. I never stay nice and smooth.. I try to shave to remain cleanly but it ends up looking horrendous 😳 what can I do!? I have tried shaving cream.. didn’t help, I tried using a men’s razor instead.. didn’t help.. I use a Venus 4 blade razor with the gel.. still having problems. I have tried using conditioner and coconut oil to shave but the coconut oil seems to just clog up my razor and I can’t get more than 2 uses out of it and I can’t be going through razors that quickly because they aren’t cheap! Please give me recommendations. 😖😖
