Middle of back pain?

I’ve had 2 c-sections and it’s been 11 months since my last one. I’ve been having pain in the middle of my back, sort of in the middle of my spine. It hurts the worst when I arch back at all. Has anyone else had this? It may totally not even be related but was still curious. I plan on bringing it up to my doctor soon.

I had an emergency C-section in August 2018, and my back started to hurt about a week later. I went to my OB, and they let me try physical therapy, but that didn’t do anything. I made an appointment with my primary doctor, and he had me get an X-Ray and an MRI, and both came back normal. This pain is debilitating. I can’t bend down very well, I can’t sleep at night. It’s awful.
We’re getting desperate enough for this pain to go away that I’m going to get a second opinion and make an appointment with a chiropractor. It’s been 14 months, I’m done not being able to move.

I have the same pain! It’s horrible. Plus my left hip has been painful too
