Does period come naturally after induction?

Question

I induced my period to take Femara this cycle. If I don't get pregnant, will my period come naturally next month? (I ovulated)

Mine did when I started ovulating. Hard to tell, though.

My RE specialist actually likes to do trigger shots if you don’t ovulated on your own by day 17 to induce ovulation so you at least have a chance for pregnancy. 
Some studies have shown that progesterone induced periods can cause negative effects of Letrozole cycles and delay ovulation.

I did 3 cycles no femara and trigger shots and my period came naturally 16 days right after the ovulation that was confirmed (also took progesterone 2 cycles)

Answer

It depends on if the Femara makes you ovulate. For me, it didn’t so I had to take prometrium or provera to induce a period again.
