birth plans

so i know i’m very early only about 12 weeks but i’m thinking about what i want for my birth plan. i don’t know how to bring up to my boyfriend, my parents,his parents and his sister that i don’t want anyone there until the baby is born. i don’t want to offend anyone because this is our first baby and will be both of our parents first grandchild. the only people i really would feel comfortable being there with me is my boyfriend and MAYBE my best friend. i really don’t want to hurt anyone’s feelings but i’m just a shy person and don’t handle pain very well so i know i’m not going to be up for visitors for a little while after. what do you guys think i should do? bring it up now or wait for someone to ask?
