Pregnant and spotting??

Hi all!
Im 6 weeks pregnant and have been spotting for about a week now usually brown or pinkish..right now I went to the bathroom and the spotting was red and there were little red dots in my pee
.. is it normal? My doctor doesn’t seem too concern am I over reacting??

I have been spotting my entire pregnancy, and I'm now at 15 wks. Red, pink, and brown off and on. Its usually only when I wipe but I have seen it in the toilet like you. My dr told me to only be concerned if its bright red and fills a pad. I've had 3 ultrasounds and dr says everything looks great. Theres nothing you can do but pray. Mother nature works in mysterious ways sometimes.

No, it’s not normal but unfortunately there’s nothing you can do right now. Just schedule an early ultrasound with your OB. Good luck

Aw just pray for the best girl. Sadly most pregnancies that are spontaneously lost are in the first trimester. On the other hand, sometimes people do bleed and go on to have fine healthy pregnancies. It’s tough because your ob can’t do anything. If it stops, great. See if they’ll do a vaginal ultrasound and get a heartbeat for you, if it doesn’t, it likely didn’t implant properly or something. Hang tight!
