Is it even worth going in?

I am already 2cm dilated. I had my bloody show last and this afternoon and I’ve had slight cramps since then. They are starting to get worse but I still can’t really track them. They wrap around my whole stomach and back. I’m uncomfortable but I different kind of uncomfortable then I have the past couple of weeks. Idk maybe I’m just holding on to hope that she’ll come early...
