7dpo test?

I’m only 7dpo, how can this be so dark? I’m now having spotting and cramps 😭😭 could I be farther along then I thought? I thought I had my period on 17th of September.. my cramps are mild and my spotting is only when I wipe and is pinkish. I had sex two days ago, could that be causing the spotting?

First it’s unlikely that you are 7 dpo with a test that dark in color since you wouldn’t implant until 6 dpo and it takes time to build up enough hormone to get such a vibrant color. 
Exception to the rule, you’re more like 10/11 dpo with multiples...
As far as bleeding after sex, it’s possible that you irritated the vaginal wall. So the bleeding seems to fit. If your last period was September 16 you are now 10 dpo not 7
