I'm scared

Hey ladies, I am 5weeks 4days today an the doctors are only seeing the yolk sac😖😖 I'm afraid I may have blighted ovum😭😭😭😭😭 however I took an ultrasound on the 7/10/19 an at that time i was measuring 4.4.5 weeks an they were only seeing the gestational sac now yesterday the 11/10/19 four days after the first one I went to the ER for pain and when they did the scan they saw a gestational sac, a yolk sac but no fetal pole as yet so they brought me back for a repeated ultrasound on the 24/10/19.. has anyone ever gone through this before and it was nothing? Or can anyone tell me more about blighted ovum?
