8 weeks pregnant

Hi . I went to my doctor other day because I could feel thrush cummin on me down below (no big deal) anyway she done a urine sample and said I've an infection and I'm on antibiotics for 5 days . She is sending the urine off. Is this serious ? I'm googling stuff and sti is cummin up , but I've been with my partner for 15 years and 3 other kids and we are both faithful. I'm so worried its sumthng to worry about . My cm was yellowish / green here and there , not all the time . Stressed moma to be !!!!!!
