First period postpartum after c section and tubes tied

So I got my first period postpartum October 4th at first it was regular then as the days went on it got heavier. I'm on day 9 of my period n it's still really heavy that I have to change pads every hour and a super tampon won't last more than 3 hours .

I had a c section and got my tubes tied . Is this normal ? I'm starting to get scared I don't have clots at all it's just a really heavy flow .

My periods were always regular and this is my 3rd baby all c sections and I don't recall bleeding this bad and for this long
