Tooth pain but have to wait

I cracked my tooth yesterday and the pain is terrible. Of course it's the weekend so every dentist office is closed. What makes matters worse is that it's a holiday so they may even be closed longer. On top of that where I live there aren't very many dentists who take medicaid so it takes 1 to 2 months just to get scheduled in. I'm at a loss of what to do because I am 18 months pregnant and this tooth is affecting me bad. I can't eat or sleep.
