Help?!

My sister is supposed to be 7 weeks and she went to our local pregnancy Center and got told there’s no heart beat or no yolk sac she has been spotting brown she thinks it’s from the vaginal ultrasound and then it went to red then back to brown they really suck they aren’t obgyn’s they told me when I went with my daughter that they couldn’t find my baby and then they ended up finding her then told my sister with her second the same thing has anyone ever had this happen and there baby was ok?? I was thinking she is a lot earlier then she thinks
