Am I self centred?

My boyfriend just said “you’re so self centred” after looking at my Instagram page. The only photos I have on there are of me, my friends, and him. He told me I should add landscape photos or buildings. I said that I don’t want to, and it shouldn’t make me self centred.

It’s the 2nd Time he’s commented on this, and he just tells me to get over it, but I feel like my Instagram is about my life, and I only upload every couple of months.

This probably sounds like it’s coming from a 12 year old, but I’m 25 and we’ve been together 3 years.
