Anyone into sports/ intense activities while ttc?

Sorry long post!!

Me and my spouse enjoy some good tennis or badminton (like tennis). We play for almost 4-5 hours on weekends and regular strength training about 2 hours during the week. I have been active all my life. My question is I have heard intense activity is bad during ovulation and also during the tww. It’s hard for us to stop the activities as we enjoy and bond very well in our relationship. I try to limit them around ovulation and after but I’m sure my heart rate goes higher still.

Has anyone being in my situation of being super active and had to cut down intensity to conceive? Any recommendations by a doctor?
