Sleep training help?

I’ve been doing sleep training since yesterday. Today she’s waking up every 2 hrs and I’m just letting her cry it out .. idk what to do. Am I doing this right ? :(

Yes, this is likely the correct approach. Whatever method you use to put them to sleep, just continue to do it when they wake up. It is only temporary, momma! ❤️ Just monitor baby closely on video to make sure they are safe. 
What method are you using?
My daughter was sleep trained a month ago. She never really wakes up at night. Tonight she isn’t sleeping very soundly and has woken a couple times. I only noticed because I was watching the monitor. She puts herself right back to sleep!
