Sick baby

Alright mamas I’ve hit a dilemma and I’m nervous about it. Baby girl is 6 months this coming weekend. Well she’s developed what I hope is a cold over the last two days. Low grade fever, runny nose, cough, sneeze, watery eyes, left eye is pink but no stye or funk build up, and has thrush back. What has me nervous now is that I’ve been kissing her the last 24hrs only to find out literally two hours ago that I have a cold sore. I thought it was just a pimple. I haven’t had one in over 7 years. I’m scared that I may have made her worse or hurt her. Thoughts?
