3 months late???

So I’m typically irregular but not to the point were I don’t have a period for months on end. When I was first late I took several test and even went to a doctor for a test as well and all pregnancy test came back negative. About 3 weeks ago my breast got super sore and still have so I assumed it was pms and now I’m entitled not sure what’s going on. Is there a chance that I’m pregnant? Or is my body just off?
