TTC after c-section

Hi all. So we may be mad but my husband and I have decided to try for a second baby sooner than we originally planned. We are thinking of starting TTCing around Easter so my little boy will be almost 14 months.

I can’t remember the guidance on how long is recommended to wait after having a c section.

I plan on discussing with my dr before proceeding but wondered what other people had been told. I’m in the UK but interested to hear what everyone has been told and also any experiences of pregnancy soon after a c section.
