Kids melatonin gummies
I wanted to get melatonin gummies for my twins since they’ve been having a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep. I found the gummies but it says do not give to kids under the age of 4. My question is, can I give them to my boys that are under the age of 4?... they’ll be four in two and a half months... its 1mg. The pic below is what I got.
