Boy moms, help! TMI

My husband thinks I'm worrying over nothing but my son is 7 months. Uncircumcised. Typically when I clean his penis (if it's a poop explosion situation) I move the skin slightly NOT retracting the foreskin, but just making sure it's thoroughly cleaned aka not missing spots where the skin is wrinkly.

Well tonight after bath something was like protruding OUT of his foreskin. Not red, no puss. But like.. it's opening up or something? HELP! I'm so freaked out! I just don't know what's normal for a baby and my husband is circumcised.
