Feeling diffferent

So this is my 5th pregnancy and other than my first which was a miscarriage early on my other 3 including my ectopic I was sick as a dog from the get go. I dont feel pregnant other then feeling like minor period cramping some sore breast and exhausted which I thought all symptoms were due to having a cold x 1 month and having a 6 month old and a 4 year old at home. Has anyone else experienced a totally different pregnancy my girls had me sick as a dog. I'm still very early I literally just found out but I dont even feel like I have in the past.
