Monistat 7

So I’m 20 weeks pregnant and got a yeast infection due to antibiotics. I have 0 pain when I insert the cream and there is no pain inside. However on the outside my lips have started to swell, they kind of burn and they itch a ton. It didn’t start until yesterday which was when I took dose 2. Tonight at 11 is when I’m suppose to take the 3rd dose of it but I’m not sure if I should. I don’t know if maybe it’s bc I put a little bit on the inner area beside my Lips. I had never used this before as I’ve never had a yeast infection so the instructions told me it was safe to do so
