Did anyone use a breast pump to induce labor ? Did it work?

Currently 38 + 2 weeks pregnant and was wondering if using the breast pump get u into labor ?

You won't go into labor until your body is ready. Youre only 38 weeks. You dont need to try to induce labor.

Nipple stimulation can cause contractions, but they are not affective contractions. They can be painful and cause fetal distress. My doctor said it's not a good idea. However sex isn't harmful and is proven to induce labor more than anything else. Semen contains prostoglandins that cause uterine contractions.

I tried it once I hit 40 weeks with my daughter. It didn't do anything. 🤷‍♀️
