Biggest symptoms?

I’ll be 6 weeks tomorrow and my back is KILLING me. I have two older children and never had my back hurt this early on in pregnancy. 😩 What has been your biggest symptom so far?

I’m 4 weeks and have sore boobs and extremely tired, also get out of breath when doing simple things like going up and down stairs, besides that nothing else yet...

I have also had back pain and morning sickness. I started taking an additional vitamin of calcium, magnesium and zinc because that’s what they recommended for my last pregnancy when I had this problem (but not as bad last time and not until second trimester) and it has almost gone away.

I'm 5 weeks with #5 and this is the first time I remember having dull lower back pain and painful gas/bloat
