Second ultrasound

Had second ultrasound to measure follicles and these were my results. I’m a little disappointed that my only good two are on my left side and even then the Dr said my 14mm is a 50/50. IUI on Friday morning and I wish I had one good one on each side as our main problem is male factor. Anyone been successful with

IUI with only one good mature egg on one side? This was a medicated cycle. Thinking if it doesn’t work maybe asking if I could up the dose of letrozole.
