The SAHM (Stay At Home Mom) pt.16

After the wedding ceremony, they headed to Mimi’s restaurant for the reception. Mimi’s staff cooked Andy & Autumn’s favorite meals for the entire wedding party & their guests. It was a big celebration for the happy couple. Stephanie was the Matron of Honor & Kyle & Robby shared the Best Man toast. Andy brought Autumn to the garden area to give her a special gift. It was a small white box with a pink ribbon.

Autumn: Andy, you didn’t have to get me anything.

Andy: I wanted to. You mean so much to me, Autumn.

Autumn slowly untied the pink ribbon & opened the white box. Inside was a white gold necklace with an angel pendant inside.

Autumn: Oh Andy, it’s beautiful.

Andy: I want you to know that you’re my angel.

Andy took the necklace from the box & put it around Autumn’s neck.

Andy (whispered): I want to see you in this & only this later tonight.

Autumn melted at his words & couldn’t wait to love on him later. She too had a gift for him & she wondered if he’d be happy or upset.

Andy: Lets head back in.

Autumn: Wait, I have a gift for you too.

Andy: Autumn... You didn’t have to. You’re my gift.

Autumn hands Andy a little box as well. Andy opens the box & finds 2 little jellybeans inside.

Andy: I’m a little confused, babe.

Autumn: You’re going to be a dad, Andy. The two jellybeans represent the two babies inside of me.

Andy: You’re... I’m... We’re

Autumn: Having twins. I hope you’re not upset.

Andy: Are you kissing me?! I couldn’t be any happier. I’m going to be a dad! And you’re carrying my babies!

Andy got up & picked Autumn up, spun her around & kissed her. They later shared the news with their family, friends & wedding guests.

4 months later, Autumn gave birth to twins, a boy & a girl. They named their daughter after Andy’s mom, Danielle. They called her Dani. Their son was named James, after Andrew’s middle name. Years down the road, they traveled on tour as a musical family & they lived happily ever after in love & enjoying what they do most.
