Vaginal delivery or c-section

Anyone have a 4th degree tear with subsequent pelvic floor issues decide to have another vaginal delivery with baby #2? At my 32 week appointment today, the midwife brought up the option for c-section because of my tear and pelvic floor issues. They aren’t severe issues but definitely issues. This is the first time they have mentioned c-section and we discussed my tear and pelvic floor dysfunction at my first appointment. I’m frustrated that they didn’t mention this until now. While I’m not against c-section if it’s medically necessary, I would have liked to have known and discussed this sooner. I have my first physical therapy appointment next week to help see how my muscle tone is down there.
