Constipation? Its embarrassing as all get out, but all of a sudden I'm dealing with crazy constipation, normally I'm regular sorry tmi, because I have IBS

I’m either constipated or I have diarrhea. No in between haha

Yes!! I take magnesium and it helps. Since it’s a recommended vitamin in pregnancy you don’t have to worry about taking something iffy

Call your OB and ask if stool softener is okay to take! Mine has me taking one a night, and it’s helping.
